Most needs are already covered by a module in our product line — dairy, trading, logistics, insurance, ERP and more. Where nothing fits, we scope a focused, purpose-built application instead of stretching something that doesn't.

AI at Relite Solutions
We are building Riddhi AI — our own AI agent, the platform that runs it, and models trained on the industries we have worked in for two decades — then putting all of it inside the software our customers already use. This is where the company is investing hardest, because the question our customers now ask first is no longer "can your software record this?" but "can your software work this out for me?"

An agent that works inside your business software — reads your documents, answers questions about your own data, and carries out the repetitive steps a person would otherwise do by hand. Built by us, not licensed in and rebadged, so it can be shaped around how each customer actually works.

Models Trained on Our Domains
We train our own models on the problems we know — milk procurement, consignment movement, policy paperwork, market data. A general model has read the internet but has never seen a fat-and-SNF rate chart or a challan the way our customers write one. That gap is what domain training closes.
AI in the Software You Run
Not a separate product to buy. AI is being built into the applications our customers already depend on, so the benefit arrives in the screens their teams use every day — no new system to learn, no migration, no second licence.

- Reads the paperwork — policies, bills, challans, requisitions and statements turned into fields, then matched against the records you already hold instead of being retyped.
- Answers questions about your own data — asked in plain language, answered from live records, so a report nobody thought to build is still one question away.
- Notices what is out of line — a rate that does not fit the pattern, a consignment that has not moved, a bill that will not reconcile, raised while it is still a query rather than a dispute.
- Shows its working — every answer points back at the record it came from, so it can be checked rather than trusted blindly.

- Runs routine sequences end to end — the ten-step jobs that fill an afternoon and never needed judgement, carried out under rules you set.
- Prepares, then waits — the entry, the reminder, the reply drafted and put in front of a person to approve, not pushed out on its own.
- Keeps a record — what it did, what it read, and on whose authority, so any action can be traced back and undone.
- Improves with use — corrections made by your team feed back into the models we train, so the agent gets better at your business specifically.

Customer records are used to serve that customer. Our domain models are trained on the shape of the work, not on one client's books handed to another.
A Person Stays in Charge
Anything that commits money, changes a rate or leaves the building is proposed by the agent and approved by a human. Speed is not worth an unreviewable mistake.
Everything Is Auditable
Each action carries a trail: the input it read, the rule it followed, the account it acted under. An agent you cannot audit is one you cannot deploy.
Runs Where You Need It
On our cloud or inside your own premises, matching how each product is already deployed. Sensitive operations do not have to leave your network to get the benefit.

Relite Solutions builds and supports business software — dairy, logistics, insurance, healthcare, trading, education, retail and ERP — used every day by companies across India. We write it, licence it and support it ourselves, which is why the people answering your call are the people who built the product.
Artificial intelligence is now the centre of what we build. We are developing our own AI agent and the platform that runs it, and training our own models on the domains we already know deeply — milk procurement, consignment movement, policy documents, market data. Domain knowledge is the part that cannot be bought off the shelf, and twenty years of it is what makes our models useful rather than generic.
AI is not a separate product line for us. It is going into the software our customers already run: reading documents so nobody retypes them, spotting the exception in a day's transactions before it becomes a dispute, answering a question about your own data in plain language. Our web-based products are Razor Pages applications, so they run in a standard desktop or tablet browser without a separate install — no native mobile app is required or offered for these products.
