1. This is a voluntary contribution, not a purchase
A contribution made on this page is a voluntary payment toward
Riddhi AI's development. It is not payment for any product, licence,
subscription, or service, and no product, licence, or service is
owed to you in return.
2. No ownership, investment, or other legal claim is created
Making a contribution does not create, and must not be understood
to create, any ownership stake, equity, security, partnership,
employment relationship, profit share, revenue share, deposit, loan,
or any other legal or financial claim against Relite Solutions
(INDIA) Private Limited. It is not an investment or a solicitation
of investment, and is not offered as, or convertible into, any
financial instrument.
3. No guaranteed benefit — future benefits are entirely discretionary
Relite Solutions makes no promise, express or implied, that a
contribution will result in any benefit to the contributor. If, at
some point in the future, the Board or management of Relite
Solutions decides to offer any benefit or recognition to past
contributors — for example, priority access, early access to new
features, increased usage limits, special access or features,
contributor recognition, or any other benefit — that decision, its
scope, and who qualifies for it rest entirely at the sole discretion
of Relite Solutions. No such benefit is guaranteed, owed, or
automatically applicable to any contributor by virtue of having
contributed, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and does not
become a right or entitlement once offered to anyone, including you.
4. Not tax-deductible
Relite Solutions (INDIA) Private Limited is a private limited
company, not a registered charitable trust or society. A
contribution here is not eligible for any tax deduction (including
under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961) unless we tell you
otherwise in writing. Please consult your own tax advisor regarding
the tax treatment of any contribution you make.
5. Refunds
Contributions are generally not refundable, as no product or service
is being purchased. If a payment was made in error (for example, a
duplicate or clearly mistaken charge), you may contact us and we
will consider a refund at our sole discretion; a refund in one case
does not create an entitlement to a refund in any other case.
6. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay, an independent third-party
payment gateway. Relite Solutions does not receive or store your
card, UPI, or bank credentials; your payment is subject to
Razorpay's own terms and privacy practices as well as ours.
7. Eligibility and lawful use
By contributing, you confirm that you are legally capable of
entering into this arrangement and that the funds used are your own
and from a lawful source. Relite Solutions may decline, reverse, or
report any contribution it reasonably believes to be fraudulent,
unauthorised, or unlawful.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable
law, the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any dispute arising from a contribution made

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown on
this page at the time of your contribution governs that
